MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY

DISCOVER
Macro photography involves photographing small objects to make them look life-sized or larger in a photo. The usual subjects include flowers and small insects but in this lesson we are using lego mini-figures (or similar).

CREATE
Search through your toys for a suitable mini figure and necessary accessories.
Think about an interesting setting to place the figure/s and the mood you want to create.
Set up the shot- think about what's in the background, lighting, the angle you take the shot.
Start taking the photos.

SHARE
Email your very best macro photos to katiew@grantsbraes.school.nz so I can post them on the 'Macro Photography' gallery page.
